THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 74 examinees passed the July 2022 Landscape Architect Licensure Examination, out of the 114 who took the test.The University of the Philippines Diliman was the sole top-performing school in the licensure exam with 15 or more examinees with at least an 80 percent passing rate after all 37 examinees from the university passed.The list of successful examinees may be viewed on the PRC website at prc.gov.ph.The July 2022 Landscape Architect Licensure Exam was held in Manila and Cebu, and the results were released four working days after the last day of the test.Members of the Board of Landscape Architecture who gave the licensure exam were Chairman Paulo Alcazaren and Member Cecilia Tence.The new landscape architects may register online from August 30 to 31 for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration.They are also reminded to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.PRC said that the date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of the new successful examinees will be announced at a later date.

THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 585 examinees passed the May 2022 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination out of 1,032 takers.Richmond Pepito from the University of San Carlos led the new roster of chemical engineers with a rating of 86.90 percent.Meanwhile, three University of the Philippines units — Diliman, Los Baños, and Visayas-Iloilo — were among the top-performing schools in the Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination with 10 or more examinees and with at least an 80 percent passing rate. They respectively have a passing rate of 100 percent (all 44 examinees passed), 95.45 percent (42 of 44 examinees passed), and 82.76 percent (24 of 29 examinees passed).Also among the top-performing schools were the University of San Carlos with a 100 percent passing rate (all 31 examinees passed) and the De La Salle University with an 88.89 percent passing rate (16 of 18 examinees passed).The list of successful examinees may be accessed on the PRC's website at prc.gov.ph.The May 2022 Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination was held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Legazpi, and the results were released three working days after the last day of the examination.Members of the Board of Chemical Engineering who gave the licensure exam were Chairman Engr.
